Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions

Private yoga and mindfulness sessions are a great way to be supported as you explore and become familiar with how yogic postures feel in your body.

Sessions are tailored to each person’s individual needs, and provide gentle guided one-on-one instruction so you can receive the most from your practice.

Whether you’re a beginner, or looking for some individual self-care time, these sessions are a wonderful way to replenish and re-align yourself. Optional additional services (energy work) can be integrated into private sessions.

Group sessions are a great way to bring mindful movement and meditation to an entire group!

Laura works with corporate wellness offering classes and events, and runs group programming in Kanata seasonally. Retreats are also offered seasonally.
