    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current health and wellness and identifying your unique needs and goals.

    We all have barriers to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with and support you to help identify and overcome yours.

    Since achieving optimal health is more than just nutrition, I’ll be guiding you through other helpful practices and tools such as mindfulness training, breath work, and more.

Personal Transformation Program

The Personal Transformation Program was inspired by my lifelong struggle for self-love and acceptance. Years of private sessions with clients for holistic nutrition, yoga and energy healing confirmed for me that many of us are searching for self-love but unsure where to begin. We’re all looking for happiness, health and to be loved, and contrary to what we’re taught by society, it all starts from inside!

The program teaches you about YOUR habits, mindset, emotions, relationships with yourself and food and how they are interconnected. Through building knowledge and awareness, we begin to learn more about ourselves and create lasting changes. One-on-one coaching sessions consider your overall health and the individual variables that affect it, and help to support your transformation!  You are gently guided step-by-step through clear, simple, and sustainable changes while learning and feeling supported in the transition.

What does the program involve?

It all begins with a commitment to YOU! Over the 6 month journey, you can expect to commit 2-3 hours a week to the course plus some personal time for activity and reflection.

What types of learning will I experience in the program?

The hybrid design of the program supports you through a combination of 1:1 coaching and self-guided experiential learning.

The online programming is delivered through videos, work sheets and suggested reading materials (some with links included). Videos include meditations, presentations, energy clearing practices (such as yoga and breath work) and more!
